Off topic from the ARF but I think 36mm Daydate Tungstens are apparently on the way... only the onyx dial has been sighted so far but unconfirmed

Does anyone here ever seen the 'Michael Saylor watch', in the GMF version?
This Bitcoin-guru and CEO of Microstrategy has a platinum Rolex Day-Date 40, 228206 black dial, smooth bezel.
My TD (Steve) says it is available from GMF. I can't find any images of it online. Looks like an interesting watch.

Guess I didn't know or see the update, I only just saw it posted. GMF VR3255 with a 161-162g weight

I’ve asked a modder about the weight distribution on the ARF models. Going to order one to mod if it all goes well.
He seems skeptical and says it’s probably more added links but 173 jump to 193 shouldn’t be from links alone

With all the worries I had with this watch, I persisted in putting it back into operation.
First the problem of bracelet then crown and then movement. Finally trying to solve the steak problem.
I damaged the dial. Stubborn, I decided to replace the crown, the movement and repaint the dial.

And here is the modified tungsten GMF.
After several attempts, I still managed to center the daywheel as best I could. For the datewheel, I couldn't find a new one of the right size because I damaged the original one.

The dial was repainted/varnished by my car bodyworker.

It's easier to wear without the Rolex logo I think
.

Yes people make moissanite bezels, I have one on my meteorite dd

Are you sure? Gmf is 178grams now but that’s with the 2836. Not much info on Arf yet
