yes, it is getting a little confusing now.
No caseback means, use of the rep or gen caseback?
Gen tachy with gen dial and gen hands plus LWO will work when you supply the movement holder ring?
All gen parts will work I guess
What about the hands?

Maybe it will be good to do a pre announcement of what we could expect.
The expectation is very high

We will have the entire caseset, including caseback. If you want it engraved you can look for a number of modders that offer that service. We will have tachy rings but colours will be limited at first. We will also have movement rings for LWO. You can get the caseset to fit an entire rep module of movement/ dial/ hands, OR you will have to source gen dial/ hands/ movement.

Do you happen to know now what color tachys you will be producing? Will the tachy be for use only with gen dials? Thanks for your efforts!

Currently all we are trying to focus on is getting the dimensions correct, parts done the best that we can, and a completed caseset finished. After that, it will be much easier to talk what colours, etc etc etc......

Good to see it's all happening! Been away for a bit. Saw the latest supply update not having hands?
This just an oversight, or something to come later?

Who engraves case backs? I don't know anyone!

Hands are a very expensive endeavor as we need to open molds to get the correct rounded profile, and the sharp tip of the seconds hands. I won't say never, but I want to get the casesets done first as it's dragging really long to get everything precise.

Now, we are stuck because we are waiting for the 4 case plots to come out first so we can get the curvature to match 100%. Previously there was a very very slight gap of around 0.1mm. But we just managed to get it fitting 100% with the gen, so we need to wait for the plots to be done so we can get those to match up with our new case.

The strap inserts also need to be modified a little as the gen only leaves about 0.2mm for the leather, which is just too thin. So we have to shave around 0.3mm off the edge of the insert so we can at least have 0.5mm thickness for the leather to wrap down. We have double checked and our horns are indeed a tad larger than the gen we are replicating, so we need to modify the mold for that.

We have started making all the screws, including screws for the reps especially for the lugs and plots. So things are in motion, but just taking a tad longer than anticipated.

Overall it takes alot of time as like I said, we don't intend to do a V2 then V3......

Will hands have super lume, rep lume or no lume at all? Just curious.
