I will wait patiently and if it all materialises like it looks now, including hands, pushers, crown, crystal etc. I'd have a hard time not to begin hoarding AP ROOs

BUB, you KNOW how good that news is for us. Sourcing OEM hands is almost impossible at this point. Having LWO compatible hands will be a major breakthrough.

mh, he does not have the case for these and they fit LWO, you want to put them on a rep dial?
I am really interested about the expectation on how many cases will be sold for LWO.
LWOs are hard to get, same with dials and ring. I have watched the marked in in the last
6 month there were only a hand full of good dials availabe. With this assumption I believe
that not many case will be sold and therefor the price of a case will be very high. Tooling costs
etc needs to be recovered. If I take the price of the gen parts plus LWO plus case, a build
will be in a price range of 7 k USD +......It would still be a rep, a good one but the question is
for these people which spend the money, why not going gen?
I know this should also be a gen replacement case, that was the purpose of the design.
So I am crossing fingers that there will be enough customers buying it to keep the price down.

Maybe leave unfinished. Most watchmakers can lume or finish the hands in the appropriate color. Are you going to make the 3 small chrono hands and the sweep chrono seconds hand?
No! Please don't leave it without any colors.. Sure those can be lumed for APs that have lumed hands but what about Navy, Volcano.
Imo, make them in lumed, black, orange.

Yes, that is the best way. If you lume them, the lume has to match the dial lume. Not easy to do, a lot of reps come
with different lume on the hands then they have on the dial. Easy fix for some people.

If BUB wants to finish these hands, then
1) lumed
2) black
3) white
4) navy blue
5) orange
would be the 5 options I would go for.
It would also be nice to have these hands in RG.

Update now is we just dismantled an LWO283. Measured the hands and they are slightly different in size to a gen. But no matter, we'll go with that. Just drew up the movement ring to fit into our case. May need a back plate for the dial as the gen back plate will be too thick.
Just put in an order for the hands to fit the reps and another few sets for the LWOs.....
