Taking into account latest versions, it does look like PPF to me .. the thing that makes me think this is the lugs don’t have the bevel like 3KF does and the dial colour
Dont get confused- there are differences of bevels found on genuine 5711 examples depending on the period they were created.

This goes hand in hand with the transition to lower standards in manufacturing while switching from geneva seal to their own PP seal.

The new standards even allowed them to machine finish the anglage on certain movements and leave sharp inward angles/corners completely alone (which CNC mills are not capable of creating).

We‘re better off not applying one rule to all the pieces found on the market - may it be gen or rep.

The watch is a beauty!
Werent't The Gen cases handfinished at Patek? to me the color is not that important due to too many variations over the years,
from cold sapphire blue to blue with emerald green hue.
what i see most important is the sunburst effect which gives it its catseye effect from a distance..which dial makers arduosly look out for.
is this just me alone seeing it or..
i saw a gen free sprung balance and it cost 2k for the little wheel alone.... then again could they add option for gen rotor. Im just amazed!

What's the market rate for a CNC 5711 case?

My only problem with that amazing movement is only one. When something brakes and spare parts will be needed they will be nowhere to be found.
No problem taking that risk with a 300usd stock 3kf movement but 2000usd movement is different

I don't have a problem with a $2000 movement if I knew for a fact that it was more reliable than a $300 movement

Correct, and that would be fixable when something will be needed

Does anyone know if this movement is compatible with a genuine 5711 dial or do the feet need to be cut? As is the case for the 3KF 324 SC movement.
