DJ 41 - VS F or Clean F?

I was asking myself the same question.
My idea is to do two modifications: prof crystal and Xing double platinum coated bezel (https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/new-release-double-platinum-coated-dj41-bezel.10941151/). You haven't talked about the Xing bezel, what do you think?
With those two modifications, I don't know whether to take VSF or CF as a base, it's a complicated decision.

This is my opinion
36 - go VSF, lug and case issue is not super noticeable on smaller watch
41 - go CF for aesthetics. Bonus if you can get a VS3235 swapped in but this has issues with crown tube and stem.
Love my CF DJ41 … got a plated bezel and crystal from deep/Xing and i do nothing but stare at this thing on my wrist.

I received a DJ41 VSF the other day and I am very happy with the watch!

Is there any chance that you might consider to sell this sir?)When I did my research there was very little looks wise between CF & VSF so I went for the better VS3235 movement in the VSF. I also pondered Fluted vs Smooth bezel, Jubilee vs Oyster bracelet and the many different dial colours... I decided I didn't want something that screamed REP or the fact that I was wearing a Rolex, so I went for this one:
VSF DateJust 41mm Smooth / Oyster with the Slate Grey dial... I love it and it's running perfectly, please forgive my crappy photo.

You are fully right with your statements.
Had all three watches Arf/clean/Vsf in blue. In my opinion the Vsf dial was the closed to the original (except the sunken markers). At the end I changed all dials into originals

I recently got the VSF and am very happy with it. Movement has not missed a beat to use a pun.
You have to remove the clean crown from the VR 3235 stem and attach it to the stem of the VS 3235 movement with some Lock Tight. Perhaps You may have to shorten the tube a little bit. On my second watch, I fitted an original crown with an original tube. However, I had to enlarge the tube hole with a thread cutter because original 605 tube has a bigger thread. The vs crown doesn’t fit onto clean tube. My original crown 605 fittet on clean tube. To remove the crown you can make it hot (there are tutorials)
Sorry not shorten tube I meant shorten stem (but don‘t mess it) because if it is to short the game is over
Gen 605 crown fitted (but not perfectly) as I wanted to have the perfect feel I installed the gen tube. The clean tube of the watch I replaced the tube was very short. The other one has a little bit longer tube so I can live with clean crown and clean tube. The optical difference isn’t so big, so I left them. And it’s not a must to shorten the stem but Vsf tube is “longer“ than clean so it could be that you have to shorten it. But this depends on the the clean case tube. So don’t worry.
