I take it you didn't actually read this entire thread or the sales thread, in both several members including myself were quite anxious to see if I was actually going to get the watch. Excluding that, quite a few of the mods have PM'd me asking whether I have received it or what the shipping status is.

I'm surprised by your attitude, and its the first time I've encountered it here. It's almost as if you draw a connection to me purchasing a watch from a valid M2M sales thread by a long term member in good standing (at the time), to me stealing the watch directly from Ryan.

But the fact remains, you purchased stolen goods.

Not to plays devil advocate. But do you see a distinction between stolen goods and illegal stolen design. (I know people place a higher value on physically stolen goods, but stealing IP is usually seen as not a big of a deal.)

OK Denis, PP have returned the money to your CC so don't go on about cancelled charge backs. I suggest you arrange with the TD to do a bank transfer immediately.

SS this has nothing to do with dredd, please cease this line immediately. He has nothing to answer for here.

Apart from the other inconsistencies in his story, I haven't seen anyone point out the fact that his "dad" filed a dispute about a transaction which must have happened at least a week before his cards were "stolen"…

Sorry but I don't know who should believe his story. DenisSpa don't piss down our back and tell us it's raining.

How true... at least a week. Again, as a previously respected member, the story sounds like complete nonsense. Unfortunately.

Or how my hospital records/police reports are necessary for me to prove anything.

According to you and the rest of the members nothing I say makes sense anyways.

I didn't come back to save my reputation after reading all the comments.

It sounds more or less the same as in your Rolex sales thread when some guys requested additional pictures as a proof.
Is it your typical reaction to people's doubts?
But in this case you got nothing to withdraw but yourself.

That and the fact that I have had PMs from three different members assureing me that there is no way AMEX will even cancel a card let alone open a dispute unless talking to the card holder. One of these members works for said company.

He also expects us to believe that with him laying in hospital his dad found his RWI login details and changed his RWI email address along with social media permissions and removing all the watch pics from his imageshack account. Why and how he would do that I have NFI let alone the fact that would be the last thing on his dad's mind I am sure. This is also the dad he tells us has a below average grasp of English to the extent he confused putting a stop on a stolen card with a "not as specified" dispute (which, BTW I am informed would have required details) yet he managed to navigate all these strange control panels.

Just out of interest, how many people here have a dad who would have access to all those PWs?

I'm sorry Denis, I don't believe a word of that shit and neither should any reasonable person. Either tell us what the real story is or we must assume that you are indeed a scammer and you know what happens to scammers who don't make good around here.

We've seen it all before. Something happens, member comes and tries to defend actions, doesn't think it through properly, gets ******.

I know all of my Dad's. He knows some of mine. He doesn't know I frequent this board though as he would think I am mad. In fact he already thinks that so might as well tell him lol.

I just hope that Denis can clear this up. Even if it is behind close doors with the mods/admin team. Obviously he isn't too keen to TB99's tone and other mods that have been involved. If that is the case why not use Bonsey, Mr. Pap or Steelfish etc who are moderators but have not been involved in this flaming. Once it is cleared up the mods/admin team could let us know it is sorted and we can move on. Maybe a couple of us would apologise, but at the moment there are inconsistencies that need clearing up and a TD $2K out of pocket.

I don't care if this happens in the background or not. I am glad Denis has at least logged in and given some reply.

I really hope this big ugly mess is a F- up and everyone involved gets it straightened out.

To make it clear I do think the admins do a great job and their primary goal is to look out for us guys. If someone has been dragged through the mud whether they ultimately deserve it or not the admin guys have to do whats best for all of us in the first instance.

What I don't understand is if Denis is a scammer!
Why come back here and say your going to make good on his debts? Why did he ship a watch that he could have just kept? To hell with the story Denis! Your making me look like a fool here Denis! I took up for you! I didn't want to believe all this shit! I thought you was a genuine guy Denis?
Its time for you to quit stalling buddy! It's time to return Ryan's money back to him! And stop all this BS! And try ! And I mean TRY! To save a little face!
