But I can easily see where he could see things getting ugly and he's been around here long enough to know that scamming on this board is not so good for your financial, mental and possibly physical health in the long run. Maybe he's telling the truth or maybe he decided it wasn't such a good idea after all. Maybe he'll come clean and show us some proof of this rather far fetched tale of woe. If I were in his position I'd make sure everyone was paid and either explain and apologize or disappear.

Listen fella's I know a lot of you BS on here all day with your buddies, maybe for years with some, but you really don't know someone's intentions until it's time. The bell has rung, answer it.

Rudy I'm not saying he's a certified scammer as yet but it's bleedingly obvious that the story we have been told is full of half truths, contradiction and inconsistencies. As such I don't believe it to be (as they say) the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. At this point my one and only concern is that the TD gets paid and so far that has not happened. Now, the TD concerned has sent me his WU info. I will now be passing that along to Mr Spahic via his PayPal email address since I can assume it still works even if the rest are somewhat suspect. I then expect the TD to receive his funds dee dee damn quick.
If he does we can leave it there. If not I'm sure the Repo Men will have a job to do. We all know how efficient they are are recovery.

I was one of the ones that did take up for him to a certain degree . But if all the charge backs are taking care of? He needs to pay Ryan back! I have been shot in the chest...And I still took care of biz ness the next day! Needs to quit stalling and take care of his ends!

Rudy, most of the times shame is stronger than friendship. Imagine your friend would get caught raping your wife, you'd find out, but didn't know for sure. He'd show up, made a scene and accused Your wife of cheating and then wouldn't answer your calls. Would you still consider that buddy your friend?

Yes Rudy i would like an explanation but that is nowhere near as important to me as the debt being paid. A lot of good people, Admins, Mod Squad members and Tech Team personnel devote a lot of time and effort to this place primarily to provide an environment where people won't get ripped off and it cuts me (and them) when it happens regardless of whether the victim is a member or a dealer. All I really want is payment for the TD concerned and I'm not going to be happy until it's completed.
After 31 pages i think it's best to let the mods work, and in the end maybe we know the all true. Hope that everything runs ok to all.
Didn't he said he's gonna leave the country? Maybe this was just a way for him to stall the process of the forum tracking him down before he gathers all his assets and goes out with a bang, who knows, the reasons can be many. As far as I'm concern his story doesn't stand and at this point the charge back was intentional, scam is intentional till further proof. Was he your best friend you grew up together with that you trust him so much? Even so, I saw lifelong friends going rogue and brothers stabbing each other, human nature is scary.

If a yoiur friend leaves your house with your iPhone in his pocket, and you find out, and he says some horse shit story, basically allowing him to return your iPhone with you still not trusting him, how would you look at him when he goes, "so I tried to steal your iPhone, but in the end I didn't right?-So we're good, right?"

Did he just? If he does I have his parents names, address and phone number. If this is a scam I'm sure they would not be amused. He would also find it rather hard to get back into the country again, ever. You would be surprised the people on this forum and what they do for a living . . .
