Just read this story and how it unfold.... UNBELIEVABLE!

All I can say is that I thank TB and the other admins and mods that they stand behind our back and hope that financially our(!!!) TD gets reimbursed.

I agree with TB 100%. the payment to Ryan is the most important.
secondly comes clarification of wether this was a bad attempt at a scam, or an unfortunate mishap.
I can say that I have zero understanding for each member who have asked us to leave it, as Dennis has now promised to pay back the dealer. -so far, promises promises. and even if it get's returned, don't we wanna know if he payed back Ryan with his back to the wall after an unsuccessful scam, or if he payed Ryan back after a unfortunate shit situation?

WHY the hell leave it now? we would possibly end up with a guy onboard, who had tried to steal from our community. I have no idea how close you have to be with a Dennis to ask us to let it slide without answers....c'mon guys, use your heads.
If a yoiur friend leaves your house with your iPhone in his pocket, and you find out, and he says some horse shit story, basically allowing him to return your iPhone with you still not trusting him, how would you look at him when he goes, "so I tried to steal your iPhone, but in the end I didn't right?-So we're good, right?"

SO THAT'S WHERE WE ARE NOW!

paying back solves Ryans trouble, which is most important, but secondly, we need to know if this was a scam attempt. personally, the 10 different unreal poor answers look blatantly silly, while the questions WE are asking remain to be answered. Why oh why change email addy on RWI? Why do a carge back rather than reporting your card stolen?

^^^ I second that, very well said trksh ^^^

And now I have a reason not trusting my Father my RWI account, apart from being afraid that he goes on a rep buying spree:)

We've seen it all before. Something happens, member comes and tries to defend actions, doesn't think it through properly, gets ******.

I think this is exactly what's happening here.

What I don't understand is if Denis is a scammer!
Why come back here and say your going to make good on his debts? Why did he ship a watch that he could have just kept? To hell with the story Denis! Your making me look like a fool here Denis! I took up for you! I didn't want to believe all this shit! I thought you was a genuine guy Denis?
Its time for you to quit stalling buddy! It's time to return Ryan's money back to him! And stop all this BS! And try ! And I mean TRY! To save a little face!

Rudy, a lot of us didn't want to believe it which is the reason I started this thread. I wanted him to read this and come and give us a real explanation.

Listen fella's I know a lot of you BS on here all day with your buddies, maybe for years with some, but you really don't know someone's intentions until it's time. The bell has rung, answer it.

Exactly.

Wow! What a story! A friend raping my wife?!!!

damn....

No shit that's one scary scenario and just another reason to keep the wife locked in the basement, LOL.

Trk, I think I love you, no seriously.

Did he just? If he does I have his parents names, address and phone number. If this is a scam I'm sure they would not be amused. He would also find it rather hard to get back into the country again, ever. You would be surprised the people on this forum and what they do for a living . . .

I believe his exact statement was I'm going across the pond. So yes I believe it's safe to assume that's means leaving the country. He made that statement before any of this shit happened.

It takes just a few minutes to send funds so if really wanted to pay there's nothing holding him back.

DenisSpa,

It's easy to see and understand how this happened. The fact that dredd0606 received his watch perfectly is a great sign that you have never intended to rip off any of the members of RWI. It looks like during the Christmas season you bought $2K+ in reps from Ryan on your credit card, and then listed your Rolex 1680 for about $1800 to hopefully cover a big chunk of that purchase. That sale didn't go your way, and you ended up withdrawing it in frustration. Frustrated because of people publicly questioning the validity of your sale. Frustrated because you put so much time, money, and effort into the watch and the community didn't seem to appreciate it or agree with the value. Frustrated and maybe panicked because you had a big credit card bill looming. We've all been there and we've all done stupid things about it. Panicking about a bill you can't pay and reacting with a CC chargeback is not as stupid as some of the things I've done in my 20s. Nobody would look down on you for panicking like this.

What you need to avoid is the stalling and story telling here, and just make things right. Everything is still salvageable. Just make sure the money is returned to Ryan via Western Union, and you can still use your credit card to send that money if you don't have cash in the bank. Once that's done, it will be a matter of days before everybody forgets about the drama here. It's your best solution.

I can't believe I'm playing good cop right now, but it really is the sensible route to go.

I'd listen to raji, I know I wouldn't want raji breathing down my back, LOL.

Denis, watch rajis video of him having a discussion with some douche who was selling a fake Rolex. That was raji just having fun. Now imagine raji being mad at you. I'd pay now if I where you.

^^^^ This man knows how to speak!

Raji - you are so persuasive, seriously.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Denis would destroy his vintage rolex in front of your camera lens. As a redemption!

:)

That and the fact that I have had PMs from three different members assureing me that there is no way AMEX will even cancel a card let alone open a dispute unless talking to the card holder. One of these members works for said company.

He also expects us to believe that with him laying in hospital his dad found his RWI login details and changed his RWI email address along with social media permissions and removing all the watch pics from his imageshack account. Why and how he would do that I have NFI let alone the fact that would be the last thing on his dad's mind I am sure. This is also the dad he tells us has a below average grasp of English to the extent he confused putting a stop on a stolen card with a "not as specified" dispute (which, BTW I am informed would have required details) yet he managed to navigate all these strange control panels.

Just out of interest, how many people here have a dad who would have access to all those PWs?

I'm sorry Denis, I don't believe a word of that shit and neither should any reasonable person. Either tell us what the real story is or we must assume that you are indeed a scammer and you know what happens to scammers who don't make good around here.

1) the dad couldn't have just pretended to be Denis?
2) the dad doesn't need to know the passwords, if Denis uses lets say an ipad and all the account information is remembered on it anyone can get in.
or if Denis keeps a black book with all his passwords in it and the dad has acces to that book
3) I follow Denis on Instagram he changed his name on there it makes sense if his friends really did rob him
4)photos could have just been deleted by some other means, no necessarily because he deleted them
-you said "removing all the watch pics from his imageshack account." So are there other pictures of other things on there? Like cars or food?

the only thing that doesn't add up is the changing of the registration email

iggy, I think we can all see your points, however it should be Denis doing the explaining here and I don't see him giving any details other then BS excuses. He's being extremely vague and I don't think that's an accident.

Bottom line is if Denis wanted to send a payment to Ryan he could have and I'm not seeing any sense of urgency from him to explain this or send the payment.

Agreed, and charge back seemed urgent if not to say a priority...

I'm not understanding a little bit. Does Deniss have the money back in his account that he should be using to pay Ryan back with?

If he doesn't (which would surprise me) he needs to get on to AMEX because they have it back.

Going off topic for a minute here. I expressed my love for trk and I received no acknowledgement for it from him. I'm saddened by this.

Eggroll, who cares?? At this point it doesn't even matter. Denis needs to return the funds to the dealer, his CC is his own F'ing problem, not to mention its all lies.

If I were him I'd be worried about big_raji coming around.

He said he only loves me... :p

But hey, he's from the most liberal country on earth. There's room for little sub in his heart too.
His bed is big enough and he has a pole in his bedroom. Sub, we can have a drink in bed and Trk can dance for us. And yes, he CAN dance ;)

?sent from somewhere?
