Thank you Bart, you give me far too much credit lol. I've been trying out practice for the lume plots using acrylic paint. I might just settle for acrylic in the end. Seems a better option for vintage lume. Far easier to shape and control. But only downside is risk of painting it wrongly.

3 layers, then I sand with high grade paper before apply a last layer.

when this thread started I had just joined, and I looked all around the web for brass dial blanks!
