It appears CF have now improved the oval size on the crown (on some batches) if so, is it acceptable to ask a TD to try and source this improved crown version?

Also, being a newbie to Reps (but, own a few Gens) it was mentioned that there have been some issues with movement on this CF model? Has anyone experienced problems with movement?

Both yes.
I still have problems with the last one I bought: I got it in May and for the third time I have to send it to the watchmaker to fix it, even after a full service.

Thanks for the link, I will look there. I should have clarified if CF have improved the crown have they also addressed possible the movement issue that was mentioned by a TD to me.

Thanks for the feedback. As, I’m doing my research and getting close to pressing the trigger on a CF V3, I was concerned about the possible movement issue. If it’s fixable that’s good to know. Although, as this will be my first Rep, it very unlikely my Gen watch repairer would touch it so, I’ll have try and find a watchmaker in the UK that would carry out any repairs and service of this Rep

Looks like a V3 (mouth on the coronet was corrected). And yes, the 6pm marker is slightly tilted. I would still GL. Beautiful watch.
