who was denying the truth ?
i have been reading your impressive 30 posts over at RG, can you understand how you appear to members here.....when this is your only post ?
without any evidence ?
be happy you got your stuff straight!

and yes....you really seem to know the scene a lot nooby - i am a dropshipping supplier !

it's food for thought (minus capslock)

i dunno, i like gio's rep. I can certainly say i totally missed the recessed crown lever pin.

Any similiar watch however is marked the same price, unbranded.

anyways, you win some you loose some. I would guess you would never shop with davidsan again. point noted.

this thread is done.

haha

that's H_U for you.

he is a cuddly attack bear that rips people's faces off.

your point came across. i'll be putting this thread on lockdown to prevent it from spiraling to the bin.

i will unlock it if people harass me enough  or the will of the *admin-force-delta-goooo!!!* says so!

Funny enough I would buy from him again, and the reason is that he admitted the mistake.

I doubt DSN will sell you any more watches, not after the way you behaved and handled this situation.

Stop being a cry baby, suck it in and can on. As H_U mentioned, we've all been here before...it's part of being a rep buyer/collector. If you can't take the heat buy a gen and sleep tight.

...LOOK AT "giormani7428's pic's.

The CG is wrong, the pins not flush, the 2, 3, 6 are incorrect.

For the money we can expect more - These are not cheap reps........... okay....

And you can say the same for EVERY PAM rep out there. No sense trying to hold DSN to a higher standard than any other rep dealer in that respect.

You're right, these aren't cheap reps and it's frustrating as hell when you get a lemon. But, you pays your money and you takes your chances. I will say that in my personal rep buying experience, I've encountered more issues with DSN reps, but I've bought more from DSN than anyone else as well. The one thing I can say from my personal experience is that DSN has ALWAYS come through with a satisfactory resolution to any issues. I don't know how much more we can expect...

I'm unlocking this, as I think this bears further discussion. I will not hesitate to lock it again if people can't remain civil towards one another and that goes for everyone.

@leograye I think the point H U was trying to make and for some reason your not getting it is that you don't post a rant and break a dealers balls not to mention get pretty effin nasty with him before trying to work it out with him in private. (Sorry for the run on) Do you think that your post prompted him to respond? I don't think that it did. He made it right for you and now you call him honorable. He was honorable before your problem. I have no problem with people posting problems with dealers but you have to give them a chance to make it right.

DSN is nor perfect, he sends you a shit watch, contact him and send it back and be cordial but affirm your position that if you were sepending $100.00 on a rep, you would be satisfied with what he sent. He has possibly the best PAM reps out there and he does (mostly) QC the watches sent out. Sometimes he might try to "slip one by" and he would hope it doesn't come back. We all need to remember the dealers hold the cards as to what they send us. The money we send is all gfen so the watches e get should be the best that is out there in terms od reps.

NEVER air the dirty laundry of a transaction that went south here and flame until after some dialogue has gone on and after shipping back a POS and getting in its place aother POS for the added cost of the shipping.

I avoided chiming in on this until now. This is becoming the preferred method of problem resolution anymore. Have a problem with a dealer, do not get a response in a couple of days, and then go to every forum and tear the dealer a new asshole. My biggest problem is coming here to a forum that you do not see fit to grace with your presence for whatever reason until you can use us to help resolve a problem. Then you do every thing you can to destroy a dealers reputation with your 12 year old temper tantrum. Not a civilized discussion of the problem you are facing. I would appreciate it if you would see clear to piss off. I personally think you are right, DSN is acting honorably, he however is the only one in this transaction doing so.

Exchanged few emails with DSN last night re this.
Being a stand up guy he is, he fully refunded this guy 2 days ago, before even having received the watch back.

Hmm, let me think of another dealer that will do that or similar... :?

So DSN is currently out of money and out of watch, and awaiting the return of the latter, let's hope this gets resolved favourably for Davidsen as well.

i also told leograye that this shit happens...and it happend to me as well....what made me angry, because it can easily be avoided.
it was this guys first experience...oh well. my first watch arrived fucked up as well.....but in the end ...all my watches from Davidsen were good...or made good....spareparts send, support etc. even if it takes 2 weeks sometime for a reply.
leograye is somewhat crazy...he told me he just became a member to harrass me now....wants to hava a sparring partner....etc.
what an Idiot, i even send Dvsn a mail to please look out for his customers. i guess i stay out of it in the future.

having had a $ 500 TWP watch.....compared to a 350 $ DVSN watch.....i still pick the DVSN.

To hell with that. When someone is acting like a xxxxxxx on our forum they need to be called on it. If you do not speak up it makes it OK. I always appreciate your 2 cents H-U. As far as a sparring partner it takes two for that. Just ignore this xxxxxxxxx.

EDITED -- I warned EVERYONE to be civil when I unlocked this thread and I meant it. Thanks - hooligan
