LOL, I’m not 100% sure, but between the watches that have interested me, the info here…it seems to correlate with the spreadsheet…so far. They claim the source is from info found here.

I don't think he means fixed as in "immovable"; rather the new and improved Pepsi bezel that presents as fully red under UV light.

For me almost all GMTs and subs from VSF are NWBIG. Very very very few tells and if you drop on top of that 1k more to put some gen parts it’s almost indistinguishable.
