While reading the forum I stopped at a new article regarding the omega liquid metal 1948 v4 that will have limited stock.... any thoughts on this? Apparently they will be super reps finally

The problem with PAM 441 is the open back. There a few tells there.

You cannot fault the vsf 441 for not being a super rep based on the movement when viewed from the open caseback. The tells are very minimal. Even grimlock posted a side by side between the vsf movement and a gen p.9001. If those minute details are considered obvious tells, then so does the tells on a noob v4 111. If non vsf 441 though then yes too obvious with the wrong balance wheel placement.

However the vsf 441 has an incorrect gmt, it ahoyld be 12hr gmt nit 24hr gmt, but not sure if you can consider that an obvious tell

Should the Tudor Black Bay Red be updated to reflect the shield one, as the rose is an easy spot on the older version?

No one in earth can spot the left side of the rose. Not sure in the new shield is Beter because of different luming on the hands/markers.

Thanks mate. Any particular reason you think Rolex Explorer II CHS and Grey Yachtmaster should go in ?

Both have had good reviews and are classified NWBIG. I am not suggesting that they are super-reps, but these might deserve a look over and added into one of the lower categories.

There are detailed reviews on both models which can be found by a quick search. From what I have read, the flaws are minimal.

FWIW , I'm wearing the VSF version and you are correct, the balance wheel is in the correct position @7 and the bridges are much more open , looks just like gen.

Yes for sure, the model 292 is in black , but you can consider alternative "Radiomir" models:

- PAM388 is automatic
