Thanks mate. Yep I see the difference there. I'm wondering the clean V3s have this issue? The picture above is not a clean v3 right?
All clean have it no matter v3 or v3s or v2. They all use same base just different bezel

Ah @Reaps do you have both the ARF and CF in hand the moment, or are those generic QC pics? Reason being I just made a post in the ARF Pepsi thread about comparing the lugs to Clean, and this could definitely help.

I’ve noticed that on the majority of Y2L6s I’ve seen of late (on Reddit for my sins), the date mag seems slightly better and the issue with the faded dial font that was lurking towards the end of last year finally appears to be fixed. I’m going to try and get hold of one to compare against my ARF, but it’ll have to be after CNY now :)

I recently purchased a V5 Xing bezel for my C+F meteorite Pepsi as I broke it the original with the crystal press. Without having a newer CF Pepsi, I was thoroughly impressed with the color.

Yesterday I received a new CF Pepsi and I was very impressed with the movement of the bezel (not tight, but very accurate to gen). Everything is spot on! The biggest thing I noticed was the bezel insert color. I have attached photos of both, so I’ll let you be the judge, but I do not see much difference. If anything, the CF bezel color and movement has been upgraded and corrected accordingly. This is just my 2 cents! Cheers!

I think clean did use a new code, my new clean bruce wayne also have this code.
Got offered a bruce wayne too with the new Code, declined it tho - pretty bad rehaut alignement. GL'ed a Y2L3 instead which was flawless. :)

Ah this again.... Like I have said a number of times a perfectly aligned rehaut is, in fact a tell. My gen GMT's have significant drift, especially from 9 to 12....

@LongyUK At least in the rep game, you have the possibility to decline with ease. So, I don’t know why I would knowingly accept something that would bother me. If that’s something you’re willing to do—fine. But I would never, ever buy a Gen One with this flaw. Never. Ever. Sorry, that’s just my opinion. Not online, not from an AD, and definitely not for this amount of money.

The information about me declining it was more or less for others (who may or may not be bothered by a misaligned rehaut) to keep an eye on the new SN Clean uses. From my experience, the old one was much better aligned than the new one. Not sure if they need to get the spacing right again.

I'll leave it like that, this story is as old as the question "who was first, the chicken or the egg?".
And now also enough of the bruce wayne.

The one thing I’ve noticed with the newer Y2L6 serials is that the dial font thickness is improved and the whiteness is back. Something which has been missing in recent Y2L3 batches from Clean. The above pic is a great example of that, so it’s good to see Clean haven’t become complacent and continually improve (y)

You should’ve taken the y2L6.. look at the font on the dial.. it’s a much bigger tell than the rehaut and now to fix it you’d have to order a new CF dial from Ctime

@WatchNoobie I understand what you mean, but a dial is much easier to swap than fixing the issue with the rehaut engraving. I’m sure you’d agree with me on that. As for the rest, it’s like so many things in life—it’s a matter of taste. Some people like one thing, others prefer something else, and that’s perfectly fine. Just like it’s fine for you to prefer the Y2L6, while I personally prefer the Y2L3. That’s just what appeals to me the most. And hey, maybe someone else will be thrilled with the Y2L6. In the end, you have to feel comfortable with your own decision, and I do. No matter how many people laugh or have something to say about it. :)

On the 2L6 all I see is the dial offset a hair to the left— look at the rehaut coronet at 12, it’s off the the left. You just need to rotate the dial half a tick and all will line up. It’s an easy fix. On the 2L3 you see the 12 coronet is centered, and so are the rest.

Reality check—we’re split hairs here gents 😉 Not even all gens are centered either.
