oh ok. If so, what could I clean it with periodically?

Rolex recommends using soapy water. I would just use hand soap. If it's good enough for your hands it's fine for your Rolex. The important thing is to thoroughly rinse the watch. Get into all the small parts, underneath the bezel if possible, all the little areas that you don't think of. That's where salt tends to collect.

I do agree with this for gen watches that are waterproof, though I would use dish soap, as hand soap often has moisturizers that leave a film behind.

On the other hand, I believe the commonly held wisdom is that it is best to keep reps away from water, altogether. There is TONS of evidence that basically all reps – even the high end ones, the CF GMT being an example – are not waterproof, and will absolutely leak water into the case. I don’t know of any rep that is 100% trusted to be waterproof without first being made so by way of a watchmaker (adding UV cure glues, and reapplying silicone gasket sealer everywhere).

Happy to learn if this is now an old fashioned belief. Maybe things have come a long way in the past year or two.

Mine is all tested before I even do hand washing.

Your advice still holds today. Generally now 95% of replica watches can be made water resistant, they have the correct tolerances, but it's the improper assembly that is the issue.

After owning 30+ replicas, I've seen lots of things, even from the high tier replicas. Casebacks coming not tight. Crystal gaskets pinched. O-rings improperly seated. All of which can cause water ingress. So I agree with you.

Hello,
today I also swapped my V3 bezel for a V3s bezel, removed the excess grease and tensioned the clean bezel spring.
Now it finally clicks when turning.

I take it the v3s is on the watch ?

I always thought and from other members that the v3s is lighter RED color than the v3 🤔
