The only big thing I see is the oval on the crown. It’s much too large on the Clean but dang these are good. You would never know unless you felt the weight on the RG (even on OF its extremely noticeable), but on the stainless even having gen by side not sure anyone would know… not that that’s the point of owning reps but we all want them to be great.

Wow! Sieht sehr gut aus. Lünette, Kronenschutz besser als bei ARF und NOOB. EWF sieht gleich gut aus. Aber bei EWF sollen die Uhrwerke nicht so gut sein.

I think this is the only CF RLX that is convincing enough so far, in terms of build quality and accuracy

Sounds like an above-par first attempt by CF - here’s hoping they keep up the good work, and who knows, maybe even iterating and improving with subsequent v2s, v3s, etc…

the shape/angle of the gen is different

seems like clean is straighter vs gen more angled and therefore look longer/deeper

Appreciate you pointing out that post, certainly helps to visualize that flaw. Any ideas on potential alternatives? Gen part available? Any better rep part substitute?

i don’t see any gens online
not sure about the rep part substitute… for me i’d probably rather invest in a bezel mod or a gen bezel assembly/insert and crystal/datewheel but i guess depends on how picky you are…

if youre worried about being called out, the only way to see this is if you hand around your watch… by that time somebody who really knows already can tell by the bezel

Makes sense.

In my case, It’s never about being called our or anything alike, but rather considering all alternatives to get as close to 1:1 as possible, and then deciding which of those are worth the expense, which is naturally a subjective matter.
