Because they prob already made a shit ton of them with STEEL INOX lol. Also, who really even cares about this? It's on the inside of the clasp, no one is ever going to see.Why can’t they fix such an easy problem with the STEEL INOX LOL

I just got mine as well today from Crime, with zero clicking sound. I been putting a few drops of water between the bezel crack and been turning the bezel back and forth. I figured they over lubricated it with the sound it is making, but mine has improved a little bit giving a somewhat clicking sound now.I just got my CF BLRO today. Looks fabulous, but FWIW still says STEEL INOX on the bracelet. This isn't a deal breaker for me, so I'm pretty pleased with the unit overall. I was worried about the bezel action given the discussions on these forums, but while it doesn't audibly click, it's still a nice firm and tight action.
Very interesting suggestion: could you elaborate? How much water are you using, and is the idea to flush the excess lubricant out from under the bezel? I'm definitely up for trying it as well...I just got mine as well today from Crime, with zero clicking sound. Id be careful with that unless you had yours tested. Many watchmakers have reported recent CFs to fail pressure testing from the crystal gasket.I just got mine as well today from Crime, with zero clicking sound. They are overlubricated with a thick white grease and I seriously doubt a few drops of water will flush any of it out. During service the stuff is a real bitch to remove. I soak in acetone and have even boiled cases it water trying to get rid of it and nothing seems to work except elbow grease and various plastic and wooden scrapers and picks. And besides that, these GMTs are notorious leakers and I’d be super careful putting water on one.Very interesting suggestion: could you elaborate? Wow, I understand we are only paying a fraction of the price of a real watch, but I would hope they could tighten down all the screws at least.
Tighten? The screw isn’t even in there. Lol I wish it was just a case of tightening. I’ve got a nice paperweight till I can hopefully get the parts.Wow, I understand we are only paying a fraction of the price of a real watch, but I would hope they could tighten down all the screws at least.
Am I wrong or does it look like the rotor plug snapped off?
I think you're right. Fantastic, that makes it pretty much useless no? I'm capable of installing a missing screw, I'm not rebuilding the movementAm I wrong or does it look like the rotor plug snapped off?
Here is what it should look like:
Ask your td to ship you the missing screw. If you ordered from @CTime it's already problem solvedI think you're right. Fantastic, that makes it pretty much useless no? I'm capable of installing a missing screw, I'm not rebuilding the movement
It doesn't look like the plug is missing rather it is all smashed up. This will make removing the rotor for servicing impossible.I think you're right. Fantastic, that makes it pretty much useless no? I'm capable of installing a missing screw, I'm not rebuilding the movement
