Dont know about the white dial, but the black one had updated to v3, white one should be also updated but the video did not mention
- font in the bezel is improved
- subdials is thinner
- subdials colour are fixed and less bright

I have a black dial on the way right now. From the QC photos the sub dials look much better. Definitely less shiny.

Does it depend on luck in the case of TD, whether I get it with the correct numbering?

Yes this is v3. Correct curve crown and non shiny sub dial and the space between steel Inox on the clasp.
