No, I don't think it would work sir. Because you need to add material not remove it. Compare to original, this "flat" part should actually be curved.

Removing and polishing it would remove the case shape of the lugs, so you made a small problem into a huge problem.
I hear. Im still seeing new qcs around with this flaw. doesn't seem like clean intends on fixing the problem, however this happened.

From manufacturing experience, I have some feeling that somebody has edited the MCode for the creation of cases and has not edited it yet.

@CTime sir can you please inform Clean about this lug issue on 116500 and 116520 cases? Thank you

as far as i know clean has discontinued the 116520 around 6 months ago. dealers are pushing old stock at a discount.. as stated prior they are recycling 116520/116500 cases (116500 serial engraving) so its not baffling that this issue is seen in both QCs.

i suggest to QC a good case with correct serial as you need to laser weld to have the lug at the correct curvature and thickness.

Clean will probably not update this model anymore as they are focusing more on 126 series now
