Your clasp seems to be installed upsidedown, perhaps that already would improve things a little bit already.

Otherwise I would definitely try iterations of clasp springbar positions and addition/removal of links - it should be doable.

Best of luck.

Noob42069 your clasp isn’t upside down, rather your bracelet was installed backwards (you need to use a spring at tool and put the Solid End Link - SEL - that is at the 12 o’clock position, at the 6’oclock. The part of the bracelet and that has the crown (of the clasp) closest to it, needs to have its SEL’s connected to the 6 o’clock position on the case.

yeah I noticed that while tinkering around a bit. Learned how to size bracelets for myself at least.

the spring bars that connect to the case were a fucking pain in the ass though as it’s hard to set one side and then another. I only had a one sided spring bar tool instead of a tweezer style.

the burgeon tweezer spring bar tool is $200. Anyone have a good recommendation for a different tweezer spring bar tool that costs less?

Bergeon 7825 Spring Bar Tweezer Lug Removal Fitting Tool https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FVJXQ89...P45P8C0RW5GFYS

also, I did a search but couldn’t find anything.
Any recommendations for GMTii bracelet screws that will fit CFs? Banged up a bunch of mine.

First of all, don’t buy tools from Amazon. If you’re in the USA, I’d recommend Esslinger.com. The Bergeon tool is $149 there and they ship stuff fast. I wouldn’t buy chinese tools. If you want to save money go for the Horotec one, it’s $89 (https://www.esslinger.com/horofix-s...EK_VeCw09ZrybyZjF_7h4-YIlGCleifgaAlK_EALw_wcB) they make great stuff too. Basically 2nd best to Bergeon.

Second, to avoid destroying your screws…. Lubricate the bracelet with a few drops of WD40, let it sit for 10 minutes and then use name brand (Bergeon or Horotec) screwdrivers to remove them. I’d recommend getting a screwdriver sharpener as well to save you money on bits - as they will get damaged/wear with repeated use.

Well done mate! Looking forward to seeing your finished project :)

Thank you bro.
Gen dial 126 don't fix (different movement)
I will add to my CF:

Gen bezel 126710
Gen insert 126710
Gen crystal
Gen DW
Gen crown

I think CF dial is very good...

Hello guys.

Please give me some help trying to definitely know how to spot a bezel lip.

Does this watch has the bezel lip?
Just asking because on this photo it seems that it has…

But on these photos (it’s the same watch), it seems it doesn’t have the bezel lip:

I’m afraid that I probably couldn’t really understand how the bezel lip works :(

Amazing!

When you have a moment could you be so kind and do a gen insert Vs. rep comparison under various lighting conditions? I don't think we've had one for the CF insert :)

Thanks!

No there is no lip, which is correct for a batman/batgirl. Only the gen pepsi has a lip

Yeah, I know that, but Clean has so many iterations of both models that, at a certain point, we all start to get confused and our eyes start not seeing straight :(

Look to this one for example, this seems clearly to have a bezel lip:
