Yeah clean still have no news about it
upload png

Just got mine and compared it with my gen set.

Bezel engravings on the clean bezel are too thick. I think they copied 216570 bezel which has thicker font.

Dial is very good but the minute ticks are a bit thicker. The rep hour markers have a shine to them, where gen are matte.

Case lugs profile is very good, SELs are great but upon closer inspection there is a tad gap in the clean version.

For the price it's a great watch

I just got my Clean Explorer 2 Polar and am loving it, I'll upload some photos tomorrow. But have you guys noticed the markers not beeing bright white but a bit off color ? Kinda hard to catch it in photos it keeps coming perfectly white, yet in real life theres this yellowish tint to it that stands out on the white dial. I previously had a JVS version, the markers on it look plain yellowish after a year.

I had a Gen, and it had a yellow tint to the markers as well. I would say the marker lume on my CF polar dial is pretty much gen like. Just enjoy the watch! It's a beauty

I love it so much and I think its a great strapmonster as well. Just for my information, is the Gen lume that blue or does it look like that on camera ? Mine is a bit more greenish in real life, yet comes out like gen on pictures. Always wondered.

I’m in love!

Soo tempted! Please buddy post more pics of this! :)

I’m concerned if build a super franken 16570 o return back on 216570/226570 42mm size :)
Sure mate! I’d say, get both :D

The issue I see with the Franken 16570s is that the case case (especially lugs and CG) is ALWAYS wrong, not matter what case is used.. I never saw a really good Franken 16570 unless a Gen case has been used. But this is just my opinion.

That’s why I had to go Gen with the 16570..

Here my CF 226570 vs. Gen 16570

The lume on genuine watches is definitely more vibrant in person. The weaker lume on replicas might be why it doesn't appear as a perfect blue in dim lighting, though it should still look blue in complete darkness. That said, everyone's eye perceives lighting a bit differently, so there could be some variation. Just my thoughts, though, not entirely sure.

I was super happy with my last superfranken that i had built, but unfortunally i had sold it..

Here a pic

I’ve a 17 cm wrist and in the past i already had the 216570, that was “big” but not too much for my wrist i think.

Maybe i’ll buy it again :)

The CLEAN version has the correct large size of the SEL like gen or has the 216570 size?

Yes it's correct at 22mm.

It seems like I can see a laser-etched crown on the crystal. Do all the Clean Explorer 2 have it? Mine definitely doesn’t.

Sunlight or high powered lumen lamp, combine with a loupe. Best to look at it from an angle. You're welcome. It's there. It's not meant to be visible under the naked eye.

I need to pin this in my signature lol

Seriously, I’ve tried all the methods. On my Gens and VSF Subs, I can see it with some effort, but on this Clean Exp 2, no way. I think my TD screw me over

So your TD swapped out a 50 dollar crystal to make an extra 20 bucks? Lol

If you have the polar, white dials make it very difficult to see it. Use a loupe or macro lense in sunlight. Short of going to your house I don't know what else to say.

Sure maybe your TD screwed you to make an extra $30 or CF released a batch with no L.e.C. The possibility of this isn't 0 but it's more likely you aren't taking the correct steps to see it.
