I bought the GMF first before CF released theirs. I had a watchsmith swap the bezels and install the xtal. I wanted to swap dials too but one of the dials had feet and the other didn’t. He said it could be done but he’d need to use glue so I told him not to.
You can ask TDs for specific rep parts tho. I’ve bought xtals, bezels, inserts, click springs, Oysterflex, etc. from Geektime. I’m sure other TDs can get parts too.

Some parts are available for sale separately, some are not. I need the GMF crown but they won't sell it separately (at least not the last time I checked).
solid end links from AliExpress arrived today. It was a struggle to get the springbar to snap into the lug holes give the tight spacing. But after a bit of wresting it managed to get them to pop out. I think this is a nice look on the explorer 2. I might brush the center of the end link rather than keep it polished…

Did you struggle getting the spring bars to expand due to tight spacing? You bought the combo SEL and oysterflex package right? I wonder if my struggle was because I bought a different oysterflex from another vendor and was mixing parts.Mine came in today as well. I love it.
Yes, I had to go in with the spring bar tool and force the spring bar into the hole
