For me we have reached a point where the outside of the watch is near perfect for what you can expect of a rep. I would happily pay more for a rep if they would improve the quality and finish of the movement. Maybe most of the people that buy reps dont care about that as long as its running ok.

But for me its a dead giveaway everytime I open a watch, wind it, start stop the chrono. Still happy with my 12 though

It's cost / value, they're a business

Remeber you're not the primary market - the primary market is China where the GDP per capita is like 13k.... so a watch like this even at non TD price is still 5% of someone's yearly salary there - an insane amount of money to spend on a watch for most people

You can always pay a modder to refinish the bridges for you if you desire

Then reject it. It's up to you. If you can't tolerate it then reject it and wait for another one.

Hello. Even on the genuine, letters don’t always line up 100%. Most on yours are fine. Up to you if you wait for another which may none better or not..

I have one. But compared to gen it still lacks a lot. But i understand the choices clone factories make to be cost effective.

- Generally I have quite a lot of replica watches as well as some real watches. For Example I have two 100$ Submariners with perfect alignment of the letters and marks.
- But my expectations from 800$ replica is that it will look almost perfect. Because 800$ is quite a lot I believe.
- Maybe some of you are right and the alignment is fine. I have asked for QC of 116500 from Clean, and as soon as I get it I will make a final decision.
- I also asked my TD to make a photo of inner bezel. But they said that they can't do it. And I also asked for high quality photos but they send me again these small 1200px wide photos.
- I think they use the same inner bezels. So it can't be different on another watch of the same kind from the same factory. This is why I decided to ask the community here about your experience. And it looks like it is fine. So mine should be fine as well.

Try to take your perfectly aligned watches and take a pic on that exact angle, you will understand what we mean

Actually, I think we get a lot for $800 Clone movt, 904L, accuracy, quality machining and finishing, crisp dials, durability. If nothing else, an excellent base to franken…
