I've had a Gen some years ago. After seeing this offering , you're dumb to buy a GEN. Put a good strap on it and be one happy sob !!!
Oh and remember to tighten the caseback screws, they were all loose.

The strap replacement is a must Imo, your statement on getting a gen is really true, I had this gen in chrono about 3 years ago, never again

I'm wondering how many people who spots flaws on this rep and says it's not like the ultimate actually are ultimate owners and are just nitpicking to make themselves feel better.
I got the ultimate on m2m sake and did a catch and release, to get a bk rollie, this one looks just like the ultimate I had

Like the other poster said, remember to tighten all the screws. Every single screw on mine was loose, and the lug pins weren't even screwed into the threads.

Isn't that the case with 90% of straps ? I just assume I will have to buy a new one.
In my case, it was my watch caseback and not the strap.
But yes, it's a good idea to buy a new strap for it. The strap is a real bitch to fit through the slot on the deployant and mine already scraped a very small section of the thin cheap top layer of it, exposing the fake material underneath.
Mine arrived also. Strap is definitely the weakest point on this watch. If you decide to take advantage of Toro's offer, go ahead and order a replacement strap so you can wear the watch once it arrives. Hopefully my new strap will arrive later this week.

Are some of you replacing with the gen rep from a Cartier store? Which size would it be for? The XL?
Well, all I can say is that the watch head itself is worth the purchase. But the strap is one steaming pile of shit. Ordering a new one tonight. All my case back screws were loose as well. All around , it's a great deal.
I noticed when I placed my order the watch was listed as 41 x 41 but the listing was change a couple of days later to 38 x 38.
It's definitely not 41x41. From the looks of mine when placed next to the AP Diver the size is 38.5x38.5.
