Here is my contribution from the panerai website on how to clean your 382 bronze watch:

CLEANING THE EXTERIOR
To keep the exterior in perfect condition, we recommend washing Panerai watch with soap and warm water, using a soft brush. After this operation, and also after immersion in the sea or a swimming pool, carefully rinse the watch with fresh water. All Panerai watches can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.

here's mine.

only had a 30 min salted water bath to break the goldish effect

when it's cloudy, the colors really shows on the watch

So we can soak it in the water straight out of the rep box? Or do we have tl get it water proofed first?

Don't have any of the marine-grade patina, but I got a few new straps in the mail from Donerix today. Check them out.

And here it is on a new Donerix canvas strap. Went with the titanium buckle the watch ships with on this one for the more tactical look/feel.

Let that sucker soak in sea water for a few weeks ! I think it's damn cool to see it turn into a part of Spongebob's furniture ! I might just leave mine in the tank for a month. I have another one I am getting modded.

What kind of modding are you getting done?
