Breitling Avenger Gmt GF vs Gen

I'm looking forward to this watch! Would the SS bracelet from a Navitimer Montbrillant Datora fit this well? It's 22mm, just wondering if the shape is similar.

Nativitimer has two bracelets, one for Montbrillant and one for the other Navitimers. My Montbrillant Rep uses a 22/20 bracelet number 443A. The 448A is a 20/18. Neither will fit your Avenger.

Interesting, seems like GF has changed the date font style on their black date wheels. First noticed it on their Seawolf II Hong Kong LE, and now with the Blackbird 44.

And what is the point of posting your QC pics if you have no issues with the watch? It's against the rules as far as I remember.

I think its only against forum rules if the QC pics have not been given the green light yet.

If green light given, I think its ok to post the pics already.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I remember seeing a few guys debate about this on some other thread but it could have gone either way.

I read that post. But is the the Avenger II GMT they are talking about or the first Avenger?

The list says GF Avenger GMT, there is no other GF Avenger GMT.
I had the Blackbird and it doesn't come anywhere close to the GMT. GF have really outdone themselves with this one, it feels very gen like. The bezel on my Blackbird had a lot of play and the crown operation was poor, but the GMT really shines in these two aspects. The rubber strap on mine is superb, while the canvas on the Blackbird felt like crap and it started to thread after putting it on my wrist twice!
Wait for the GMT to come back in stock, it's totally worth the wait!
