Sorry I'm not following you on this, first of all you talk about the index of the bezel at 12 and then the pearl saying they are not white and quoting the Breitling site. This is the pic from the B site and the pearl looks white.

Sorry I'm not following you on this, first of all you talk about the index of the bezel at 12 and then the pearl saying they are not white and quoting the Breitling site. This is the pic from the B site and the pearl looks white.
Can you be more specific, I can't find any images that show the rep pearl and gen pearl are miles away. Thanks

Love the gen rubber straps, I prefer the deployment and picked up three gens and two reps:The pearl is different anyway because on the rep the pearl is flat. How do you feel is the gen rubber compared to the rep?
Gen vs deployment canvas is pretty good, soft rubber and canvas looks solid
Gen vs vs the Ocean racer rep is not nearly soft enough
Gen vs tang buckle rep is Rep comparable to the point if I was into the tang buckle I would not have gone gen straps and saved several hundred dollars!
Gen vs the chronomat raven, rep not as soft
Gen vs the green canvas rep is pretty solid
Gen vs the grey (and black) rep is crap

Mine is not "greenish"
Even in not great lighting its crisp white!

And @pelusito am I the only one not seeing any green?
Unless you are looking at it after some sunlight with the lum...then slight green but so does the gen!

Cheers mate, just about to pull the trigger on a steelfish as well...just deciding on dial colour, leaning towards the white for some variety!

Mate, please, go to a Breitling store, put the Gen, and then tell us if you see it fine.
There is another thread with other members reporting the same.
If you are desagree with my posts, ok it is fine, but you do'nt read the forum.

I have a couple of times...just don't see it! They didn't have the blacksteel only black dial and white on display but really couldn't see it!

I guess we'll all just have to go along to the B store and see what our man is on about, I'm bored with this now and the pictures he's put up show nothing green. Also interesting that @Smpfan who has the gen has never mentioned it.

Well that is 5 minutes I won't get back, this is for a different model and there is no mention of the issue.
What's that got to do with anything? Its like saying you can't see something because you've only posted 48 times in 8 years. The link you have posted to the GF Avenger 2 chrono is talking about the lume, is that what you mean?
