Breguet Tradition 7097

Well it looks like the 7097 was repped and will be available in some TDs, I'm waiting for a video to pop up on youku.

Here's the rep, same issues as with 7057 - gears not the same size, bridges not in the exact location, extra screws.
Definitely not a perfect rep but man do I love Breguet.

just seen the gen has Retrograde second and not power reserve.
Pic on PT had different hand alignement on each picture. Did they made the retrograde second ?!

If the retrograde seconds works im definitely in. Looks great in gold. The little snail cam on the back definitely looks to be rotating, so in theory it should be a retro grade seconds movement. Fingers crossed!

This is brilliant - I think all of us who own the 7057 have a soft spot in our hearts for it, I will definitely be getting the 7097 if it seems up to snuff.

Yeah I really enjoyed the 7057, I may just get this to try it out if the seconds complication works!

The problem was I hardly wore the 7057 because of how small the dial was and I'm a sucker for the date complication.

No video as of yet but I'm optimistic regarding the retrograde seconds - in the puretime photos the seconds do seem to move in subsequent pictures and also the back shows a retrograde gear which would be responsible for the complication so it's another good sign.

There was a post about this watch on reptime on reddit - it's reported to be a true retrograde seconds complication! There are no videos or pricing yet, but trustytime has also put the watch up on their website with some pics. Looks like a similar movement to the last Breguet Tradition

The zf rep seems really good but I'm doubtful about the reliability. If the movement fails I think it's hard to fix it.

Thanks for the video.
ZF case has wrong proportions, with a bigger bezel. And Gen has a taller Cristal. I think the side view is the major issue (after the guilloche dial, of course). But for this price I think it is good.
