I purchased a TC seadweller bracelet years ago to put on a BP SD...just never got around to picking up a SD. Do the currently produced BP SD still fit the bracelet without issue? Sorry I haven't been keeping up with changes over the years.

I can confirm that the TC bracelet, with a little bit of shaving, fits nicely with the latest BP SD 16600 with SA3135 movement. I used this TC SD bracelet with my old BP SD16600 with 2836 movement and it just fits the 3135 version without additional work.

Hey man, whats your code on the inner side of the clasp? I think TC’s had PJ4 code

and my stock BP SD seems to have the same code too, interestingly. So I’m confused :) my SEL also looks closer to TC somehow

Yeah, I just checked the BP SD16600 with SA3135 bracelet and it has PJ4 code in it, actually I find that this bracelet is well made and is comparable to the TC SD bracelet.

I searched the forum and found a post by bill33, TC's Submariner V6 and V7 had PJ4 codes too, TC's seadweller bracelet were EO10.

Okay, mine came in today, and I'm thrilled. Looks like a million bucks, bracelet is light feeling but thats what hollow links do, clasp is tight and the divers extension works. Love it. My only issue is the bezel action: it feels terrible. I've popped it off, added some grease to make it feel less tight, but it honestly feels like plastic. And it has a bit of backlack. Are there are good tweaks or aftermarket parts that can be swapped outside of just going for a gen bezel?

You can get a better click spring off eBay. I found adding 3 equidistant creases in the metal friction washer which sits under the bezel helps a lot as well. You’ll also be able to get a much better insert from eBay. I just looked for the one I got, but it’s not there anymore.

Sead told me its an a2824. Wont lie, the second hand sweep and the date change action is shitty. But, its like 200$ so whatever. Im not sure its actually worth buying from a td vs dhgate, but it does look nice. Will keep until i get the call from the AD

This will sound dumb but, whats wrong with the insert? It seems pretty Platinum. The only visual issues i see are the square hour markers are too square and the pip lume doesnt quite match the rest

The numbers are a bit imprecise, blobby and bold - it’s and easy and cheap improvement to make, but if you’re ok with it that’s all that matters.

Okay, so saying "sead lied" is probably a bit aggressive, but its actually a 3135 clone, with the legendary "ADJSPO SITIONS" high grade detail we expect from clones. Thats too bad, I had been hoping for something more robust, but I think that confirms that you can basically only get BPs with the 3135s now

I'm not sure if this matches gen experience or not, but video of the bezel action https://imgur.com/a/5pnFu0G
shots of the parts They look metal, but it sounds like plastic. So I would believe swapping the spring might change the feel but I'm not sure what it would do for the sound. I suppose I can always bend the spring too right?

I placed an Order for this, TD says only SA3135 available. Did they improved the movement or is it s*itty as in Noob v7 Times ?
In Case of Trouble , is it a Direct Swap SA3135 vs. VR3135 or do i need parts Like movement holder, Other stem.... ?

The SA is ass. I would get the version with the A2824 - same crown height as the 3135.

Im not sure theres much of a choice. I got mine from a td, and someone else recently mentioned they used a different td and also got the SA. You might be better off buying off dhgate and hoping for a 2824, but you roll the dice that you may get a 2813. You could try for one of the italian police dials too if a td can source. That might be a different movement

I am going to hunt M2M and keep asking TD If BP re-stock the 2836 or 24. "Seems Not" was the answer, so He has no Idea haha.
If Somebody here is getting tired of His 16600 let me know for a Trade or €$£
