You’re going to run into an issue with the hands, which is oddly enough something I left out of my post accidentally.
The cannon pinion is different on the a2824 from the ETA, and you’ll need replacement hands.

Asian 2824. I think Yuki dial was a straight fit. Work was done by previous owner so I don't know the details.

Has anyone successfully ordered one of these in the past week or so? The standard SD, not the Polizia Di Stato. I'm having a heck of a time trying to get one.
TD Puretime and exTD TSWATCH both told me that They are not available from BP factory now.
I think probably because BP has released the Polizia di Stato they are holding back the classic SD. Its Basicly change the dial and get the case backs engraved. I believe it's the exact same watch except for dial and caseback.

That's a real bummer. I'm just not into the Polizia Di Stato. I was told the classic SD was available and ordered one but when I received the QC pics, they were of a 116600 instead of a 16600. Now I'm waiting on pics again, but from what I'm seeing here, it looks like I'm waiting on pics of a watch that is no longer available.
