You're going to want to apply that epoxy on the inside. I think there was a thread on doing so in the tech thread.

I am trying to figure this out as well.
From what I gather you have to epoxy the HE valve on the side but I am just not sure how, from inside or outside.
I am still trying to read through this entire tread to see what are the minimal mods required to make it superb as it is excellent out of box.

Good luck to find the HE valvle in BP SD guys

Finally arrived today!!
1)Flat 4 insert shaved and fitted by me, used the BP pearl to match lume
2)Click spring changed
3)spare SD bracelet origin unknown with TC clasp
4)waterproof tested to 3ATM easy
5)Regulated Gen 2836-2 to -1 sec

Loving it so far

I attempted to buy some of those inserts from Jay @ silixprime, but never heard anything back...

This one is from Ebay. The pic posted is different from what I received but for the better. I was blown away when I got it. The pearl was way too small so I bored it bigger and fit the BP pearl inside. Didn't need much modding to get it to fit, but fits like a glove. Next step is to get a aftermarket bezel with better teeth on the inside.

I shortened mine, but it has lost its "springiness", so I just ordered a replacement from WSO on eBay.
Post up some picks of the BPSD.
