Hi

Make sure to get v3 ln hands.

It's up for debate about the bracelets. The sd bracelet some say is slightly inferior in build quality to the sub bracelet, in particular the clasp I think. You can use either or, but the sub bracelet will have incorrect stamping on the clasp and brushed sides of the links. The sd bracelet has polished sides. I doubt anyone would notice and even in the gen world you could choose either or.

I haven't had the opportunity to compare the two at the same time. Maybe someone else has.

I can tell you that the sd bracelet will be sanded down to fit perfectly snug on your bp.

Good points. The BP bracelet itself is not bad. Just feels lighter than the TC unit. The clasp on the BP, on a good note, can take the gen clasp dimpled pins without enlarging the holes. The TC unit needed a bit of enlargement.

If you're looking for a good cheap price but good quality bracelet the TC unit is not bad. OTB the BP 21j unit was cheaper and needed nothing but a new bracelet(for me at least).

Go for 93250 better quality better sel and no gaps between the links (i've posted before about this with pictures).

Sure buddy, when i've more time :)

I'm happy with the result. My modder was able to remove dents on the reahut that was at "01" minute position and the excess of the lume on the 10 o'clock index of the dial ( was overfilled) and other improvements and works :)

Also the lume of BP stock dial, TC V3 hands set and Gen "luminova" bezel match perfectly. (On TC V7 sub for example you can spot sligtly the difference of lume of the dial index and hands, but not on this one , so i'm very happy! :)

Just and update and heads up for everybody:

As I said before ado was not happy with my jandk crystal. We opted to use a WSO crystal he had in stock which was superior. Unfortunately he noticed it had a defect on the champfer. I reached out to TC about a tc 16600 gen spec crystal and he's told me that he no longer carries them. So guys if you need a crystal for your bpsd, go with a gen or a WSO

that being said, does anybody know of a reasonably priced gen 16600 crystal that would be available at the moment, shoot me a pm

Hey Maron, I have been looking hard for one, and those I have found are in the $300-$500 range...

Wow...for $500 I rather buy gen bezel. I might be wrong but saw couple of sales range $500-$600 for gen bezel

Won't look a lot different but will feel much much better.

Lol my bp crown was the same. When I first unscrewed the crown it actually wouldn't screw back in. It eventually smoothed out but definitely doesn't not exude confidence. A gen criwn is visually and functionally a nice upgrade

It was 120€ to make a step forward to a franken. I think this is okay, especially when you sell the watch you dont waste money as the gen parts push the watches value up[emoji2]
