It is St. Patricks day, so I have my 'green bezeled' Sea Dweller on my wrist this morning. The only Rep Sea Dweller to have such a bezel. Does that sound right my friends ?? I mean, no one knows jack about a Sea Dweller at the office anyway. ............ lemme think about it as I put on my green tie . It is a Trump tie and 'made in china'. The line between rep and gen prices start to cross over… almost. Case in point, a gen 666 with the holes and the perfect-cut bezel teeth for $3700 (head) with all the patina you could want…

I haven't changed anything just yet, except the pearl was loose so I removed as I didn't want it getting misplaced.

So far I have:
Gen 704 crown
Wso tube
Tc dial
Tc hands
Tc dwo v4
Tc bracelet

All I need now:
Swiss 2836
Crystal
Gen insert

I debated if I would skip the crystal and save myself $150. But after seeing the difference with yours and bgreg the clarity and chamfer are a step up and it will ensure waterproofing as well.

I'm concerned about how my bezel will turn out in terms of function (click) and aesthetic (teeth cuts). But I don't see myself spending $500 on a gen bezel.

I'm in no rush to send it off to have the work done though since it's great otb and whatever movement that they put in there is running as well as any swiss movements I have.

Plus I want to get my blackbay running first so I can wear it while I wait

Adrian can do the click spring and the crystal mod, He said he cant find that german seller, is that the j & K guy. He is very happy with the WSO crystal for now. be super careful with that dial with the high gloss dont touch it with anything. Your going to have to wait about two and a half months before A can cut bezel teeth.

What do you mean German seller? Adrian told me to get a jandk crystal with an extra gasket. I'll have him do the crown/tube install, shape crown guards, custom click spring, and crystal mod. He said he has a serviced eta 2836 tissot branded as well for me. I only took the dial out to examine it with a loupe and take pictures, I handled it carefully by the edge but I realized I didn't use finger condoms, I need to get some. Maybe he will be cutting bezel teeth by the time I'm ready, like I said I'm in no rush.

Guys... Need advice on the movement for a my BP 16600 build. As you know BP has 3 movement choices for us

Get 21J - If I intend to put a yuki 3135 or Swiss 2836 someday
Get 2824 - if I intend to put a TC elabore 2824
Get miyota 9015 - if I intend to use stock movement

Please correct me if I'm wrong? Thanks a bunch!
