Some info:

The two red colored wheels appear to be fabricated from a light alloy, and are coated with PTFE ("Teflon") for lubrication of the outer teeth and inner clicks. The red wheels are the calling card of Rolex. Unlike ETA's reversing wheels, Rolex's are dismountable for better servicing. They are easier to clean and oil (only pivots should be oiled).

Yup looks like a BP. Crystal is the same as the rest of the BPSD, a little high compared to gen but not much. HE valve is the same brushed finish on mine as well.

Here's one with TC hands and one with BP hands. You'll have to explain this great difference since I couldn't see any noticeable difference. Which one is the TC??

Edit: I see Finlandesi won't be answering. He's been banned within minutes of my post. Too bad!

Also, the gen SD has a Ti HE valve. The only shiny ones were very early models. The later models are just as the replicas.

I got a little more work on mine to fine tune it to my liking! But got much love for the BPSD!

I have always done my research as time and patience will allow and per my OCD regs kept a folder for each and every watch with pictures and documentation of everything. I have now officially started my SD Project folder. With ideas and photos, of course with photos of genuines to compare and prepare a plan.

Kbh,
As you know, BP has come a long way since they first came out with these. In the early models you had to change the dial because the printing was bad and a lot of the markers were crooked. The last 2 I bought to mod but ended up just doing little things like dealing pearls, trimming CG's but other than that I kept them stock.

TC dial, hands and gen insert
