Just to add about the 2813 versions. I I ally decided to open mine up and take a look at the bezel construction and such as well as regulate the movement.
Bezel construction is so much better than the older BP version and much more user friendly, although the click spring could be better. The "retainer" part even imitates the gen's shoulders. Had to tweak it a bit to get to both sound great and not be super stiff. The insert is also a plus as you can snap in a gen or gen spec insert with no issues.

The movement in mine is a dg2813 and it beats at 21600 bph not ideal, but has no stutter and has been at COSC specs for three days straight. Will leave well enough alone. When I'm ready for the gen dial and y3135 then we shall see.

Mind sharing the click spring tweak? Mines also very stiff.

I'll have to measure it. I also had to make sure the bezel was perfectly round all around and I smoothed over the teeth, which unlike gen point back. Guess to keep everything in check.

Hello guys, I'm about to order from TC dial, hands, dwo and bracelet for my BPSD.
I've read that the newer 93250 bracelet is considerably better than the 93160A; what's the main difference between the 2 bracelets? Would the 93250 fit on the BPSD?
Thanks!

93250 is the wrong bracelet for a SD. SELs are different, sides are brushed instead polished and on the 6 o'clock side beneath the clasp is a half link. SD has got a full link there.

I keep on breaking my clicksprings on my SD, any tips So that the springs last for more then 2 weeks?
They just keep on snapping at the joint.
The ones I buy from Clarks dont exactly fit and I had to crazy glue it in place. Right now Im running a staple inside the bezel, its soft but it works.

How often are you playing with the bezel??!! Lol. I have had Clark's in mine for 6 months no issues.

The Clark or generic click is absolutely useless on the BP, reason the click post hole is too big, you need a bigger diameter wire or re-drill the post hole to match your click diameter. Also part of the reason there is a lot of backlash on the bezel.

Hmm.. Not on mine. The bezel in my BP feels identical to my gen sub. No backlash as well. The hole was a tiny bit bigger than the spring but it still works fine. Plenty of other members have done it as well. N

Was it better than the factory click spring?

That's the reason your generic works Turbo, you have the older version of the BP SD, the newer ones don't have the long click in them anymore, they use a short click similar to generic. Lets not forget there are several version of the BP SD out there, just look at the crown guards on the newer ones to the older ones, also the dial is much better on the newer versions.

So which version of BP SD you think has the best crown guards? New or Old?
