Just got mine in the mail; very disappointed. Crystal was wedged in at an angle and then fell out in my hand. :wtf: I am sending it back now; what a pain in the Ass

Is the watch damaged in any other way? It's a friction fit so you can just re press it in if the dial etc is ok?

If the watch is working well and just the crystal came off probably not a good idea to send it back. Its a very very simple fix. Just press it back in or take it to any watchsmith. They will do it for you straight away.

Not sure if the crystal is misshappen, but it wont seat properly or snuggly. I don't have a watchsmith or wish to pay more for something that is a basic requirement for a functioning watch.

its cheaper to get a watchsmith to pop it back then sending it to china i think..

Mine has the same issue as well -- the other reason I sent it to a modder.

Believe me, I would much rather fix it myself. Where could I get the gasket, would ofrei have it? Maybe my TD would be able to provide.
