Two quick shots of the finished piece...
BP SD, TC dial, TC hands, TC V3 DWO, gen new ETA Swiss movement, gen crown, TC bracelet, modded case and pearl (I noticed a little excess glue in the picture, now removed !), slight refinishing with 220 grit rubber block. Looks and feels very gen on. A big thanks to ado123

I have an observation... It looks facking awesome. I think they have really improved some of the issues when they first came out. Minute hand looks good, bezel is nicely cut and markers are straight. Its a keeper in my eyes!

so the plans for it are .. so far
TC dial and hands - on order
bk date wheel - on hand
TC 93160 bracelet - on hand
potentially gen insert and gen crown. i need to read back on the thread to see of tube is needed as well.

and bp parts are going onto a noob ssd v2 lite case

Once you get the watch you might change your mind on what's needed. The newer dials I have seen don't need replacing neither do the hands. The bracelet was much better on the last 2 I had but a TC is a needed upgrade. If you install a gen crown you have to retap the case. Its a pita and not worth it. The insert is also one of the best out of the box but a gen can be a nice up grade. This is just my opinion.

Obviously each watch is different but the last 2 I had, the dial and hands were fine. Once you have it in your hand you can then decide what to do. I think you will like the quality out of the box. (Except maybe the bracelet)

Not sure, I did consider leaving with ado123 and seeing of the V4 was better than the V3, the alignment is actually very good, with ado's work, shadows can fool you a little and it looks fantastic on the wrist. I am looking at my gen IWC Doppelchronograh and I'd say the 'WED' is not quite aligned and the '16' is too close to the left as well.... (Sorry I should have cleaned my IWC before the quick picture and focussed better, it looks a lot better in real life !)

It's a rep, with TC parts and a gen Swiss new ETA movement, the list of goodies is

BP SD
TC Dial
TC hands
TC bracelet
Gen Swiss ETA
Gen Crown (I might have chosen a TC if I did this again as they are as good IMO, looking at my old TC Sub)
Ado 123 modded (Finish, CG, pearl)

It's not a perfect rep in terms of absolute copy, but it has every bit of the class of a gen and I have no intention of getting a perfect rep as it's only the guys on here who could tell and they would need to study it (The very minor differences IMO are CG, the BP 'hole' I think is a little loose, plus the crown I think sits very fractionally higher on the gen, the pearl has a slightly smaller surround than gen, the dial markers too)

What it does have is oodles of class. I have a gen IWC and that sits alongside nicely

A gen for comparison (Slightly earlier model with case drillings), interestingly the pearl on this one looks 'thinner' on the edge than most, making the point that some details are so minor it's not worth chasing IMO !

Hey guys, unfortunately I didm´t find the answer in this thread.
Does a TC dial now directly fit into the case?
