How do you go from 0s/d on time graph to 20 secs off in real life? Maybe it’s not fully wound in the morning? Or maybe the position the watch is in during the day?

Had the same with my old noob Daytona. 0 sec and the. +22. I put it to the watchmaker and after that around + 4 sec.
The hulk had 0 sec too but now in hand -8 sec. But that’s ok.

Super weird my qc pics are 0 S/D as well so I’ll report on actual with wear and Timegrapher in different positions

I wore it for 3 days and timed using an app. I guess just gets shaken up on the travel and needs regulating or something.

Yeah maybe because with standard airmail they dont treat low value packages well,maybe a simple regulation will fix issue
My gen was spot on at + 0.5 sd. Accidentally dropped it from a short distance and it is now running + 5 sd. So I can see how through the shipping process the regulation can get jarred out of whack.

Yes pearl is a bit misaligned, 6 marker is a bit crooked, 12 marker a bit to the left but I would accept it (those are so blown up pics) as you may get a worse one instead. Also you cannot post QC pics its not allowed if you haven't greened them.
+8s is almost COSC what did you expect it to be from a Chinese replica? It costs almost nothing to have it regulated by a random watch smith and takes about 5 min.
