ok sorry i didn't know. I only published the photos before accepting them because I had doubts and I wanted your opinion. Thanks anyway!

You're good bro. You actually asked a specific question, which is one of the two caveats to the rule of not posting QC pics. The other caveat being simply for the general education of the community. The whole point is to avoid being lazy and asking people to find "flaws" you wouldn't see on your own, whilst also avoiding unnecessarily and unfairly affecting the TDs business.

With all due respect to Kalev007, you were within the rules to ask your specific question(s).

To actually answer your question, the lighting is coming more from one side, which will cause even a gen pearl to look askew due to the shadow. Ask for another pic. I bet it'll tickle your fancy to know that is much more aligned than it first appeared ;)

hi fam,
I need to ask another question regarding the bracelet to all of you that had an ARF before..

a lot of you said that the bracelet quality is on par with ARF’s, a few others said it’s not quite there yet.

can someone point to where the differences are in particular?
- weight?
- thickness?
- workmanship?
- the edges?

would be happy to learn more about the differences as the bracelet is one of the most important things to me

Best part of the watch, with the insert. I’d not bother with a Gen dial any longer, my biggest gripe with rep dials were the markers.

Dial and markers are pretty good. In fact in RL the dial looked Black/ very dark green at the moment I took this picture. You really can’t see it on photos

Hi all,

I've just received my QC pics from puretime and wanted to ask for your advice.

Firstly, is this a v2s or a v2? Also, do you spot any issues with this watch? I had the perception first that the arrow on top is not centered to the 12 marker (maybe an angle issue). Also, it seems the arrow on the dial should hit the center of the rolex crown -- this seems off center.

Thanks for your help!

I’ve also been obsessed (maybe that’s a harsh word) about the alignment of the 12 o’clock marker and the middle crown of the Rolex symbol. Then I did a bit of digging and found this topic discussed even amongst the gen Rolex forums: it seems even they too have this concern of it or being lined up (amongst other things such as the crown on rehaut not lining up). Most often than not, the triangle seems to be pointing a hair to the left. I seem to also notice this in some of my gen rolexes as well.

So in the end, I wouldn’t be too bothered by it, knowing that even if the Rolex can’t get it right, do you expect the replica to do better?

This can be said for a few of the issues with the reps.

People want perfect from cheap knock off. If qcs and flaws weren’t discussed here and sharing of the same product all over the site, I bet the level of nit pick would be so low as you’d take the product for what it is

I know a rep won't be perfect -- I just wanted to know if the watch is a v2s and looks good to the more experienced members here in the forum. The arrow is a bit off -- but maybe there are other flaws I could not spot.
