OK so seriously looking for a kermit, so is RAF the way to go? I'm not into modding at the mo so best OOTB would be my choice? Any suggestions welcome? I may possibly revert to a black bezel if the green doesn't fit so would possibly need to mod it down the track?

Here's QC of all 3. RAF looks the best overall out of the three.... but has marker and scallop weakness. But I can tolerate all of those things....

None of the 3 options are the best, depends on what you can tolerate, I personally think RAF is best aesthetically but may have mechanical weakness, BP is budget but overall not the closest and also the hands are maxi hands, intolerable, ARF would be the choice if it didn't have godawful mismatch hands,

do you have the version with engraved rehaut? if I remember correctly ARF makes two versions, the one without rehaut should have the B3 insert

i have the OG arf . watch is great but just like the b3 insert

Can you swap hands, dials, and bezel inserts between the current ARF and RAF?

Yes, yes and I think so

The ARF bezel is gen spec but I think someone measured the ARF insert and found it to have a similar diameter to RAF, which is slightly smaller than gen hence the minor circumference gap.

Some visuals. Horlogear insert on paper should have the same dimensions as RAF insert.

I was previously under the impression that Sillan LV hands had an inaccurate minute hand (had confused with BP).

This is clarified several posts later as per the below.

No need to mix. Can do double or mix if so desired

No, the ARF LN doesn't have the miss-matched lume issue.

FYI this is the arf LV lume mismatch I was talking about.

That's a real shame that your LN has an entirely different lume applied
