Thanks for responding - and to the others who responded too, it's much appreciated.
I think you're right. I went back to the TD and asked him to check even before I posted my photos. He said there's dust on the dial. I've told him to take his time and find a good one, even if it's not in this current batch (because the ones I've seen so far are not looking great). Thankfully I've received loads of watches recently so my patience-o-meter reserve is full!
Thanks for the headsup from your source. Better to wait longer than to receive these with really bad datewheels.
Yes each TD seems to got like 2-4pieces no more.. patience is a virtue especially or our sport during new releases

oh wow the stock is very little for these one...i got mine confirmed same day i ordered. Maybe relationship and a bit luck.

These are my qc Pics by PureTime, the bezel insert looks dirty not so white, what do you think? Especially of the first stamp of the bezel insert?

The insert shouldn't be white - the gen has platinum PVD coating. I see some tiny paint flaws on the 30 and 35 bezel markers though.
Cyclops mag looks good
Magnification looks really strong right?
And still the wrong datewheel font, but TD says that ARF did not produce a new batch with updated font. Can anyone confirm this?

Got my QC this morning. Didn’t bother to ask for the 28 because frankly the watch looks great in all other aspects. Great SEL , all alignments good, etc. Should be headed my way soon!
Just got a response from my TD. It appears that they are receiving approximately 5 of these per week. So, this is going to take a while to get. At least I got my order in on 11/28/2017. He also confirmed that they have a lot of these on back order. Looks like it's going to be a long long wait for this one. Well worth the wait based on the photos so far.
I have just received QC yesterday evening after 5-6weeks of wait and gave him green light (Andrew, Trusty) ...
