I just wish this dial had numerals thay lumed. If this dial had numerals that lummed, it would be killer. Killer.

Without lume, I just can't get on board with it. I love it but the one lumed marker at 9 o'clock just drives me crazy. It looks lopsided and it's all I'd stare at. Personally.

I wish they had it illuminate like the silver dial with the lilac Arabic numerals.

But if GEN movement then why not immediately a 3235 and you want to try 3136?

I have a gen 3136 that I want to use. Plus have the dial, hands, and crystal. Just looking for the right case.

I'd appreciate the help, if you are able to test it and let me know.

Just talking about my own personal preference as I started out planning to do a Franken DJ 41 with a Wimbledon myself but the more time I spent with it, the more my preference started to shift.

I had it on a replica like just under 2 years ago but the rhodium on reps is just too brown and the black and dark green markers on the dark grey/almost brown dial made it difficult to see the numerals. That’s what started my desire for a gen dial. But over time, I started noticing my preference for numerals that are lumed over just standard non lumed (metal or sticker or painted) numerals. Same on IWC models I like as well.

Bold but known issue with ARF DJ, replace with gen if it's bothering you, few ones are lucky and get better DW but not so often

Overlay,maybe this and few numbers but almost every number is perfectly aligned

I know other members have already responded. But I wanted to say this emphatically - That is the worst ARF DW. You have to replace it. Unfortunately, this DW totally screws up an otherwise " visually on the wrist" perfect watch.

so i needet to upgrade to gen,even with stock crystal it is another story

Looks like it...

Slightly larger font print on date wheel, slightly yellow silver dial. Those are ARF traits.

they will probably fix all the imperfection bit by bit and release slowly version by version so that consumers like us will spend more money to buy again and again. just like the SUBs so many versions released, people are still buying it.

Sidenote: just swap a GEN dw, and it will look very good.
