I installed the gen crystal. I wish someone told me how easy it was to remove the bezel as I bought all sorts of tools and approached it a bit wrongly. Once you take the bracelet off you can pry the bezel off from there rather than going between the lugs. Much safer. Putting the new crystal in and bezel back on is a piece of cake.

I'm not sure I would say this is that noticeable of a mod.

Just received my QC pictures, DW looks fairly standard for what is coming out of ARF but the crown on the face looks tilted and the cyclops slightly misaligned?

I have just had some further images from PureTime, the DW and cyclops look acceptable but the crown still looks tilted slightly - https://imgur.com/gallery/jwMRtSM the question is do I take a chance on not accepting this one and hope the next is better or go ahead?!

I would never accept a watch with flaws !!!!

The funny part is, I actually placed the crystal down and couldn't tell the difference between the gen and the ARF. There is still 5% of me that wonders if I mixed them up, because I can't really tell the difference with a silver dial.

Only the pinion hole in the second hand has to be closed. Is it possible to use gen hands on the A2824? So this hole disappears.

I have got more than 10 REP.
Only ARF op39 Rehaut problems.
Rep no 100% to gene, but there are watches that do not have alignment problems, SEL, etc...

How do I know if this crystal is gen? After installing I'm having some doubts that I just re-installed the arf crystal lol.
