The crazy thing is that Omega does such a damn good job with little, for example their moon phase rivals AP, and the Gen of this watch puts a whole lot of watch makers to shame,...at some point l will buy both Gen. But until then, I'll enjoy staring at.

Agreed with the comments. Map detailing and accuracy aren't quite the same as gen, but TBH, when it comes down to it, I don't think I'll really care too much whether the map is 100% accurate when it's on the wrist. The fact that they got the movement down, including working jumping hours hand... VSF did a great job. I wasn't even looking for this one and now it's on my list to consider!

Can't wait for the review! What an absolutely stunning watch, if I was slightly quicker and could have still got the rubber strap included I would buy in a heartbeat. The results you're posting so far are outstanding, my VSF Aqua Terra still continues to impress me with its reserve, I've found it to be around 80 hours.

VSF should take on the Skydweller now that they are doing Rolexes.
It's been well received that's for certain. And will be available used with a normal degree of depreciation as is normal for any product that isn't overhyped by marketing
