APW+ 26331 - Not 7750?

Some corrections. Don’t think it’s the Peacock 4612 movement. 9 o clock dial is the second on the Peacock. (It’s mentioned in the psf spec sheet)

AP has the hour counter on the 9 position. As do the dealer photos. It’s either a full clone or a lame 7750. Nothing in between.

If it was a full clone then this info with movement pics would have been leaked imho.

Same. If/when the clone movement is actually released for this, I’m skeptical the blue on the dial will achieve the proper tones, but it matters less to me here since the contrast with the subdials for this model looks so stunning.

Grey market dealers will pull this fraud all the time. Nothing to lose. Rinse and repeat.

AD will definitely lose their entire contract if it happens.

It doesn't look gen to me from the bezel screws (particularly the bottom ones).

There were rumors of a FP1185 clone 2 years back but i was told it was cancelled because they couldn't get it to work

I like the design of this more than the 26420

The watch pictured isn’t gen.
I think the point here is the production of the clone 2385 (FP 1185)caliber. Honestly it’s nothing too exciting for me, this spec has been around for a while. The difference is that they have perhaps cloned the 2385 cal and as price the price of the 26331 builds are going to be a lot less now.

I think what @legend is saying is that the case/bracelet/dial/hands/DW... have been around for quite some time (with 1185 movements inside).

The only thing that this release might bring to the table is a clone 1185 which would significantly bring down the price of these reps.
