If I mod the Schumi (maybe I will, maybe I won't), the first thing I do is re-tint the dial to proper grey colour.

Oh no. Hopefully the hex bolts are in metric. Otherwise...

Just look at the edges of the crystal: is there a white gasket holding it in place?
