The Picture above Shows that titanium and grey colors are variing with different light and angles. This pics shows the dark grey side of it ... others show the silvery side

I agree with zorro-l, the rep dial seems darker than the gen. To see it: Compare the existing photos of the rep with the photo of the gen in the first post of this thread.

This rep would never be perfect with the open case back. If anyone is going to examine the watch that closely, they would definitely be able to tell from the movement , let alone staring at the date wheel and colour of the dial,
Which they can't confirm on your wrist because even gens look different under different lightings... I say just enjoy it for what it is... A rep

I stumbled across a thread talking about the AP 3120 movt. It seemed they're planning to rep it or maybe do some decorations. I'm not sure though since my Chinese is limited and Google Translate doesn't help as well. Haha.

Not TD here but great guy to deal with.
Very responsible in terms of after sales, even has VCR on you tube to show water proofing test and time grapher before sending out.

Very principled as well, would stop selling some watches if they are not water proof.

I think the 3120 is only in the Divers and other simple AP watches. Not the same movement as required in the Offshores.
