The 15400 is using BP ETA hands modded and fitted onto a gen caliber 3120 movment. So you're comparing two watches with two very different movements.

BP used ETA movement. did modder also thin hand base to fit hands cal 3120 or just adapt hole diameter fit movement? my point the hour base does not have much room for JF improve due to miyota CP size. do not expect v2 v3 v4 15202 to have hand base like gen. it is movement limitation.
eta = 1.5 /0.9 / 0.2 miyota = 1.52 / 1.0 / 0.17

P.S.: already wrote some stuff in my review (first parts etc) and I will not stop to point out the flaws even when the watch will not be "good" at the end.

Should be getting my 15202 next week if nothing major happens (it's already in UK thanks god)

One thing to say:

1) look at brushing some are terrible brushed.

2) look at slendered logos mine is also slight slendered seems like a common issue like on the 15400.

3) printing is still a problem

The printing on this new jf is awful

Thanks for this info. That's discouraging. Is it common practice for factories to make a custom CP? Or are we to abandon all hope?

Only time will tell. JF doesn't really seem to be investing or interested in fixing flaws, since no one's really touching them as far as the standard Royal Oak goes. It took them a few years and four versions just to finally fix their date wheel font.

agreed. same thing i said back in post #497 after someone say JF don't deserve the $500, not trying, blah, blah. the M9015 need some new parts to make the 15202 look gen

this was my 15202 from Tim/Fatpanda/Watchfinder - miyota 8.8mm thick
the CP seems to be sligthly smaller, maybe not

but it was 269USD...

The Sead Quarts is almost my daily driver at the moment.

I have the bracelet som pending and sanding and some oilbaths and now its spot on wear condition.
Its just the estetics i miss: Printing, dial, Lume and movement.

not that bad but the quartz (atleast my DC version) has pretty good printing but the bracelet is the worst shit ever.
