I got and approved QC for the new JF 15202. Looks like they only updated the datewheel, everything else looks unchanged.

I have 15400 and its big for me.
Yes I thinned one to about 8.7mm before. Not gen spec I know but thinnest I could go.

I just got the soft updated “v2” in. The dial printing is not as bad in real life as it seems. Frankly this is miles better than the DC 15202, even after Jonj’s perfect brushing. Thickness measures at 9.75mm, which still IS a thin watch, just not 8mm like gen. Frankly, when I convert this to a 5402 franken I’ll just leave it as is.
That caseback and that bezel height....

No because then the rotor gets stuck which happend a lot with the first batch.
