I asked a seller today about one of his watches as he refused to send any more pictures of the watch to me. I asked him for shits and giggles if the watch he was listing is a genuine watch made by the OEM....Amazing he actually said "Yes"...

So, if anyone was wondering, I filed a dispute with the store that gave me the bag with the crappy lining but refused to notice the difference or refund/exchange anything.

The seller sent me three or four angry messages, then finally caved and said they'd go with my initial offer of an 80% refund -- unfortunately for them, Ali decided in my favor, closed their store, and issued me a 100% refund around ten minutes after that. Go figure.

The other seller that sent me a green bag instead of a brown bag hasn't responded at all; I'm going to try one more time with a picture, then if they don't respond, I'll have to file another dispute... annoying that the one thing I'm trying to buy that's not a replica has such cruddy service!

In other news, I ordered three (normal) glasses frames to fit with lenses here, but it turns out that all three are way too big and look terrible on my face. Perils of internet shopping!

I get that, but I don't want to abuse that by saying that they sent a counterfeit when they didn't! This is a store that sells their own leather goods, not fakes. The color is just horrible.

Edit 2: Heh, they just responded... they want to offer a discount if I buy more bags. I don't really want more bags if they're going to be incorrect...

If you dispute and raise a counterfeit claim you can actually get up to 2x what you paid excluding postage. If anything is truly bad then it's worth going down that route. But remember the market we are dealing with - we are buying reps and this is somebody's livelihood. Have a little sense and courtesy

Completely unrelated to my previous post, but does anyone who's bought the Yeezys have wide feet? I wear a 28.5 cm EEE or EEEE depending on the last and have a hell of a time finding shoes wide enough to fit comfortably.

Sry bad photo of mine, yours has that textured material on the pad. Mine is just the shiny material and slides off my shoulder.
I don't use mine as a carry on but if I did that would bug me.

But my foot is 27 cm. wide, so I usually wear adidas: 27.5 cm or 28 cm buy
But it was a little larger this time if you buy a US size 9.5=27.5cm
So is going next time I buy a US size 9.

So my 54mm Tortoise Shell Raybans with brown lenses came this morning.

My only issue and maybe I need to check out the Gen's closer is the arms are not even with the front of the glasses... It's like the the face is over sized and the forgot to make bigger arms.

This is what I am talking about with the face and arms

Sorry about the pics and lighting but I am sitting in a Starbucks enjoying a coffee and my Raybans haha
They are nice quality, weight is nice and hinges are solid. Need to do a little more reading about the face and arm thing

**** after some reading and checking out Raybans website the Original Wayfarers are supposed to be like this....

I have bought quite a few glasses with high quality progressive lens from "G-Forest Eyewear Store 01". They have frames album at http://chrismu.v.yupoo.com/ . Lenses and frames are excellent and the service topnotch.

This looks really good, as does the feedback they get.

But glasses are not like a scarf where you can mix and match with other items of clothing. How do you identify if they actually look good on your face?

Also, how complicated have your orders been? Astigmatism? Bi- or Varifocals?

My sight is quite complicated - high near and far sight with astigmatism. I ordered free form progressive lenses - both with and without photochromic.
All of their lenses have been outstanding - perfect power, perfect fitting. Easily compared with any brand name lenses, at lower than half price.

For identifying how they look on you, If you are going to fit the lens to a rep frame, you can take note of the model and try the gen in a store.
